These are the hand signals used by  K/16 as prescribed in the soldiers hand book.    The signals allow for unit & squad leaders to communicate over the roar of sustained gain fire, or when trying to maintain noise discipline.

All members of Co. K, 3/16th are encouraged to learn and know these signals for use in the field during tactical scenarios.
